I purchased these flip flops after the hype from everyone saying they are the best built flip flops. I do agree that they are a well built flip flop and they do feel very sturdy.However, it came in a broken box as well as much disfunction to the straps used to hold your feet in.These flip flops are rather wide when you get up to these higher sizes. I am a normal UK size 12, on the narrow side. Where as these felt like a 13+, where my feet were too narrow to actually fill the straps leading in them slipping off. Also due to the over hang on the toe side I would catch the front of the flip flop sometimes pulling the strap out of the holes.They are still a great pair of flip flops just not for me.Love them! bought them for use on my honeymoon and they were great.Unfortunately, my feet were not used to wearing this style of footwear, and combined with really soft skin on my feet, meant that I got blisters and cuts on the sides of my foot. Not to blame the shoes as after my feet were "broken in" they were perfect.i also have flat feet and nearly always get pains in my feet after prolonged periods of walking but did not experience it that badly with these!The sizes are complete nonsense. I should have known to expect issues when the product description (only shown in complete in my check out email, not on the product) stated UK 9/10 and EUR 45/46. Well those two sizes aren’t even close to the same! I hoped that it’s the EUR size that might be wrong, but alas not. A pair of size UK11.5s turned up.... just for a joke I tried them on. They are so big that I think I would probably float if I went for a walk on the beach and into the sea. Genuine boats.I’m so annoyed, such a waste of time and energy for such a stupid simple mistake.I’ll be buying from the flipflopshop.com from now on which I’m hoping, isn’t staffed by cretins.Lovely for my son. You can't tell they are stars unless hes not wearing them but that didnt bother him either way. I got these at a bargain price and I'm really pleased with themLove the Star Wars theme, but the writing on one of the flip flops came all smudged and looked as if it was made faulty. Didn’t return as they look fine from a distance so I’m sure no one will notice, plus no time to do so before my holiday. Incredibly comfortable and fit perfect.
