These are cheap. I based the purchase off of the positive reviews and them being "durable". Maybe its the difference in city and country folks, but these are FAR from durable. My daughter has worn them twice and they are already scuffed and peeling. They are going back and she will be getting a new pair of Ariat boots from Amazon. If the most your kid does is put these on, walk in your air conditioned garage and climb into your mini van then they might be durable. If your kids get out and get dirty, pass these by as you will not be happy.Fit as expected.
