They are on the heavier side and run wide. My daughter isn't picky so she doesn't care.To start I just want to say my 6 year old daughter will not take them off. She told me she just wanted to "test" them out and that was 6 hours ago. The little kid size 2 fit her perfectly, with some extra toe space and they slid right in. I only wish I would've found another pair with more of a white base with the pastels colors for the lighter clothes.Bought these for my granddaughter who loves them. She wore them all summer and they were still in good shape for school. They’re really durable and seem to be well made.
