I do like this shoe. It looks pretty trendy. My daughter likes the rainbow laces (which do not tie) and are actually part of the shoe itself. I like that it has a strap to go around the ankle. What I do not like about it is that it squeaks. It's fairly lightweight but a tiny bit rigid. It's scuffs easily but if you get white what do you expect. I'm giving it a four because for the price I think it's decent. I ordered size 29. My daughter is between an 11 and a 12 toddler size.We wanted a pair of easy to clean Croc-style shoes for our 8 year old but just couldn't see us spending $30 to $50 bucks for a plastic shoe that she would outgrow soon.We tried these and they work well. One major difference to be aware of - the Backstrom is not rigid like Crocs. Its more of a sandal type strap but they stay on well. The original pair, which was her current size, ran a bit small but we liked them enough to order a pair in the bigger size for her to have next year.Definitely worth a try! These are great shoes for the summer. My son loves them. Easy to slip on and off (he loves going outside only wearing socks.......) It has saved a lot of socks this summer! Only downfall was where the "laces" are, they have started to crack. But overall, good quality for the price and purpose.Had these shoes for about a month of rough wear and tear bunny 8 year old... We use them at the lake house and he swims around all day. They're still going strong, except for the colorful decorative bit on the front, which fell off, leaving the shoe intact. So I'd say they're worth the money. It's cute and light, just like the classic plastic Crocs shoes. The problem is that the mid piece came off after couple weeks, I wish they use better glue.I bought these for my stepson who is 9 and he loves them. They are comfortable and stay on. My only comment is that the white does get dingy quickly if worn often (he lives in them currently) and I predict that they will wear down with time. We’ve only had them for 10 days now so we’ll see how they do with more time. Probably best for an occasional shoe/beach shoe but so far he’s in love and I’ll likely be buying him another pair by the end of the summer... hah.My granddaughter loves her shoes. They run a little wide. But I can't get her to take them off. So I guess if she loves them I love them too. She is 6 years oldThe quality wasn’t the best. My son wore them maybe 5 times and they started falling apart and bottom of shoes were already wearing out. My son loves them though.
