These leggings are pretty thin but still ok for under skirts or dresses. They do run small. This picture is this blue legging, size 7/8 or 140 in their sizing, compared to the black size 7 leggings we already have.I got these for my 6 and 8 year old daughters to wear under their shorter dresses and skirts. They love it so much they wear it all the time, even as pjs. It's so buttery soft and doesn't make them hot like all their other leggings in the past.
