While reading this informational book...I realized it felt like the author was sitting in my living room having a conversation about climate change...it did not feel like a lecture. His small quips along the way of his own experiences and feelings kept the conversation going. I would recommend this book because it's informative on a direct but simple level that anyone can understand. I also respected his ability to inform the reader...kids included....on little and larger things we can do to help with climate change. I've read three other books by this young author, and I'm always impressed with his prose.....Kai manages to keep the reader engaged with his subject matter. I found his idea of being able to read labels on products we buy and how they effect the environment interesting.
