I have little girls who love to run and play with cute comfortable shoes. While these shoes were very cute they fell apart really quickly. When I contacted the company they said to return it to the seller. But because I purchased these when they were on sale and by the time they fit my kids the return window had closed, that was not possible. I had been a big fan of UMI they were the only brand shoe my girls wore but after their horrible customer service experience that is no longer the case. I hope UMI addresses their declining quality issue because their shoes are adorable and comfortable but if I can't get some use out of them they just aren't worth the money.3 stars for sizing. 4 stars for design/quality):I ordered these shoes 1 size large for my son (based on Converse & Keen) which I always do to avoid returns. These were so small he couldn't get them on his foot. I liked the design and quality.Had they been in stock, I'd have had to order at least 2 sizes up for them to fit. Poor sizing.
