My daughter absolutely loves these shoes! Not only because they're pink, but because she now has shoes that look like mine! NB are the only shoes I can wear anymore because I suffer from numerous back problems and they are the only was that don't make me feel like my back is on fire. Anyways, I was kind of scared to order shoes only because everyone knows that different brands fit everyone differently but because there were only a few left in her size at the time I ordered (she's in a size 1) I took the chance and am very pleased that I did. They fit her perfectly with a little room to spare. I have worn NB for years and now I might start buying the for as well. Its also a plus that after working 10-12 hours days wearing these shoes your feet don't feel like they're going to fall off!I ordered these for my 8 year old daughter. She is regularly in a 13, but I bought a half size up for growing room, and they fit just as expected. She does have narrow feet, so the toe box looks a tad wide on her, but that is more comfortable for her anyway. These look to be high quality, comfortable shoes, and the color is even more gorgeous in person. The laces/accent color is more of a neon pink, and the blue is so bright and vibrant. We ordered her Great running shoe for daughter the nice colors were just a bonus. BTW, she has run many miles in these and they hold up great. They are very durable. I highly recommend these for the girls and have bought Boy colors for my sons and have had good success over the years with them as well. Most of my children run competitively and can put some long miles on these shoes. Even with that they will still be good for the next child as a play shoe, they are that durable, while still being a pretty light shoe for a runner. Good support and no sore feet even after a 5-7 mile run that day.The color and style of these (very, very) pink sneakers was adored by our eight year old! She was very excited to wear them to school for the first time, and was the envy of all the other girls who are all mad for pink. They are comfortable and stylish, and the price was right. So nice to find cute sneakers in wide sizes.Bought Youth size 5 WIDE: My son typically wears a wide or extra wide and the New Balance wide is fine. A little tight at first but fits better with a little wear. Also he usually wears Skechers wide shoes. Right now a youth 4.5 wide (Skechers) and it's the equivalent the the New Balance youth 5 wide if that helps anyone. Overall a well made, light weight shoe.Bought for my daughter who has wide feet. She has loved these shoes and worn them till the bitter end. They lasted well and the colors are great. We love New Balance shoes for the kids. It is one brand that they always enjoy wearing and look great. If your kids have feet that are wide, or slightly wide this is a great brand. Also, most of the shoes wash well. I have had a few that didn't make it out looking exactly the same, but for the most part they are washable.I love New Balance. My kids have wide feet, which leaves us with New Balance or Saucony for their athletic shoes. I prefer the New Balance--they last longer, they seem to have much better support, and my kids love to wear them. The Sauconys seem to come off the minute they walk in the door, while the New Balance don't get removed until bed or bathtime. My son swears he can run faster in them, so really, what more could a mom ask for? :)Need to return. They run smaller than the previous style of New Balance, which may have run large. I won't say these run smaller than typical same size shoes. I need to return them. My star rating is not based on fit but on quality of shoe, which I do like.
