These are very comfortable sandals. My 6 year old loves them. They're good quality and I plan on buying more. The cushioning is especially nice for kids that may be experiencing growing pains.My son has autism and needs the back strap on flip flops bc he tends to stomp his feet.These straps are hard to find in anything bigger than a toddler size. I've bought several pairs of these volcom flip flops for him as we live in Fla and he wears them constantly.They last through daily wear until he grows up a sizeI have always loved this brand so decided to buy these for my son n he usually doesn’t like wearing sandals but these are his favorite we are very happy with themI ordered just slightly bigger and I’m glad I did because these are so comfortable for our 5 year old so they will last for a long time now. The heel strap is great, they never fly off his feet and he wears them all the time. Easy for him to put on and take off by himself too.Just what I was looking for! My son needs sandals and these are good to pack/use for the beach.My son has just recently started to wear some size ten shoes. Based on what other said and the size chart I decided to go up a size. I’m so glad I ordered the elevens. They’re not to big and he will be able to wear them a bit longer. I would suggest that you go up one size when ordering.My son (4) has SPD so he tends to walk on his toes a lot. He LOVES these sandals! I believe the sole helps him to add pressure to his feet when he walks. Only issue is the strap on the back.
