These were for our 7 year for school. He is very hard on shoes with running and play at school. We were buying less expensive ones but that cost more because they would be destroyed in a week or two. These last longer and we figured out not waiting and keep an eye on the last pair he has. Those are still good also but like I said we did want to wait. Always have a spare if you have active childrenThese are some awesome hi-tech looking shoes, my son looks so cool in them. He loves these shoes. The velcro not only goes on the side of the shoe but it also attaches to the top of the tongue making the shoe fit better.These shoes rock ?Son loved them , they fit great but by the end of the month the Velcro was shot.He loves the style!My son complained that these hurt his feet so he wouldn't wear them.Well made, fit well, great quality. Would recommend this brand to others.Comfortable shoe and my son loves them but after 3 days of being worn by a 7 yr old boy the outside designs are peeling off!My son wears the shoes all day with no problems.
