Son is 6 and wears them when I take him hunting. Keeps his feet dry.Love the soles on the boot, we needed something that would stand up to our sons adventures, however the boot paint was rubbed off the first day just to a trip to town (car ride and walking around for groceries).Perfect boot for youngster who plays hard. Sole is made similar to tennis shoe so can worn in gym class or on playground with comfort and stability. Perfect price for the child who goes through shoes fast. The toes scuff because not real leather but you get what you pay for. I just touch up with a little polish every once in while and are good as new.We purchased our grandson a pair of Duango boots in Pegion Forge while on vacation. My grandson tried on several types of boots in his size, but when the gentalman gave the Durango boot to try on he wouldn't take they off. These boots are still in good shape and have alot more wear in them although they are getting to small for his feet and he has scuffed them up. I really like the sole of the boot because it has alot of traction and does not slip and slide like some boots that does not have the type bottom this boot does. A excellent boot for boys and girls.These boots are great!!! I was worried about the fit. My son is five and his foot is growing fast. I wanted to get them one size larger so he could wear them longer. Then I was worried if the sizing was off they would be too big and he wouldn't be able to wear them for a long time. They are not only the perfect fit, but they are really good quality. My son is very hard on shoes. These are going to last as long as his feet can fit them. Last, the price is awesome!!!!This was a great buy!I love these boots but I ordered them for my 4 year old and they fit my 7 year old. They are about a full size and a half larger then their normal shoe size. Otherwise they are wonderful!This boot is ok for little kids in my opinion. You can see glue here and there and they are NOT real leather. I feel like these wouldnt stand up to use for my 5yr old let alone a bigger kid. But for my 2yr old these work just great. He loves them!Fit good, looked good for a few months. The toe and bend of foot peels and cracks very easy so these are now work boots. Had to color with a brown marker cause the peeling is white underneath. Great boot all around except the cracking and peeling
