I usually wear women's size 8 or 8.5 shoes and these shoes in size 7 are very comfortable. The only thing I don't like about them is the lack of padding. I added the insoles from my old Adidas shoes, and that way I can wear them on long hikes and not have too sore feet. :)Nice quality and great fit, my son loves them. They fit as expected. Would buy again. Not too narrow. My son tears up his shoes within a week! These were so dirty after he wore them for about 5 days, but I suck them in the washer and they were like new again. Very durable. Will be buying these from now on, instead of typical Nike or other athletic shoes that come apart.Light weight, good padding, kid approved. Velcro for fast kid on-off. I think the wide sizes are best even if you don't think your kid has particularly wide feet. The shoes are super lightweight and easy on-off. But I feel like the Merrells of today are not as good in quality as previous generations. Not sure how long these will hold up so keeping fingers crossed that they were worth it.Comfortable and looks good with a variety of outfits. Withstood hiking in the mountains. My 7 year old loves these! My son wore out the toes in 4 days! Knowing Merril's are tough, I thought I'd give 'em a try, but nope, they held up as well as cheapo off-brand.My son likes these. They seem to be holding up well so far. He can be hard on his shoes.
