I bought a size 1 and (a size 2 for my granddaughter to grow into), she loves these boots! I like the quality and warmth this boot provides for our very cold winters and they are not too cumbersome for her to play in for any extended amount of time. My disappointment is that I just now took the size 2 out of the box to put in the closet for next year and discovered instead of two size 2 boots, it came with one size 2 and one size 1 boot. As much as this has annoyed me because so much time has past before I discovered it, I'm still going to give this five stars. The size 1 she enjoyed this last winter is exactly what I was looking for to keep her feet warm while playing outside. As stated in other reviews these boots do run small. Knowing this, I ordered both boots two sizes up and they were perfect.
