These are flat canvas shoes, there is no arch support, but that is expected with this sytle of shoe. These were for my son, and he tears through shoes pretty quickly, but these are name brand shoes and they're not cheaply made so they lasted until he outgrew the shoe, which was what I hoped for - we def got our moneys worth if he outgrows them before they fall apart. I have no issues with my purchase or the quality of the product received. I would buy again.
