This is a great rain boot for my 8-yr old granddaughter. The boots are an easy pull-on with the generous pull loops. The boots are very durable, wash off with soap and water, and the dots add the perfect whimsy for a girl. She also uses these boots when helping out in the horse barn. Two pairs of socks are suggested for warmth and comfort. I would definitely buy them again.Bought these for my 8yo (almost 9) and she is absolutely thrilled with them. We looked at all the rain boot choices and she picked these out. She says they even look better than the picture. They are comfortable, have great traction and they appear to be very well made. We couldn't be happier with them.I received a pair of these for a Christmas present and I am already on my second pair. I needed to return my pair because the bottoms cracked. I just found out today when it was pouring out that my second pair also cracked. My feet were soaked. It did not make me happy. The worst part is these are not cheap boots. When I got them, they were around $40. I only wore my boots in the rain, so I am not sure why they did what they did. Additionally, when I returned the first pair to the company, they gave me crap about returning them. I had worn them twice and the soles had already cracked. They NEEDED to be returned. The rubber bottoms appears to be covered with a piece of fabric, which when wears off (with wear and tear) reveals the rubber underneath and lets water into the cracks that also come from wear and tear.Notes:-I am in college and wear my boots to and from class. I am small (4'10") and fit into a kids shoe size 2/3.-I got my boots from Western Chief company, not from these sellers, but the company doesn't seem to be selling this design on Amazon anymore? The liner keeps coming out. Maybe this is normal so you can wash them out easily? Anyway, it's a pain.
