Got these for my 3.5 year old. He normally wears North Face snow boots, but this year he’s wearing a size 10 snow boot and the toddler alpenglow boot we normally buy only goes up to size 9C; the Little Kids version is SO much more expensive. I decided we’d try these because they were on a great Black Friday deal, and they were taller in height. He loves them!! I love the velcro on the bottom to help tighten it up, and the gaiter-style top that cinches it tight around his calf. NOTHING is getting inside his boots or snow pants now!We just got about a foot of early snow in the PNW, and he got to test them out. His feet stayed warm and dry for a few hours sledding. He loves that these don’t have fuzzy fir inside (too “girly” he says). Instead, they have a thick wool liner. They have a bit of weight to them (more than the North Face ones) but they’re easy for him to walk and run in. He even wore them to preschool.The gray and bright orange color is so cool! Love the bright soles. Which, speaking of the soles, are SUPER durable and have great traction. For the first time all season, he didn’t slip and fall on his booty!Highly recommend them! They’re true to size and fit his wide feet well (regular width).Hope this helps. ?
