These are GREAT shoes - but with great shoes comes a rigidity of the materials. So...it is frustrating for my 6 year old to have to struggle to get them on. He would rather grab the old Saucony's that have loosed up over time and wear them. Takes too much time for an active boy. BUT...they are of wonderful quality and we've purchased Saucony shoes before for our son - they are the only shoes that can stand up to him rough and touch - never stop 6 year old ways. HIGHLY recommend - just heads up - if your child has to put shoes on and off by themselves - it could be frustrating. Would have given a 5 except for the stiffness.I liked the appearance of the shoes, the colors were bright and eye-catching. I ordered a big kids size 5.5 and they were too small. My son wears a 5.5 or a 6 wide width depending on the shoe. Saucony is one of the very few brands that offer a wide width in children's shoes. If your child is between sizes, I'd recommend ordering a size up in this particular shoe. I am a big fan of Saucony and have purchased them for myself and been very pleased with the fit and the durability. I had to return these so I cannot attest to the durability of this shoe. Again, I did like the color and I feel as though they would be a good shoe.These look more purple on the computer but the color is listed as blue. I took A chance and ordered them hoping my daughter wouldn't have a cow over boy shoes because the last pair took 12 days and have yet to show up. She needed new running shoes. These get here in the 2 days butt hey are VERY BLUE. She did in fact have a fit, however after going shoe lace shopping she is beyond happy with her new shoes. Funny how something as simple as laces change her whole world. She wore these Sunday Trail running and loves them, no complaints on fit or blisters. She didn't complain about them being heavy or feeling "weird" We have a happy 6 year old runner again!!!We bought these in the 11 US little kid size for our 5 and half year old son, he is on the small side so these fit as expected since we wanted them just a little big. He has had them for over 2 months now and they have held up incredibly well with the insane amount of outdoor use he has put them through. They never gave him blisters and he loves the way they look. We will probably get them again when he grows out of them, maybe just a different color so they look like a something new and exciting again!So far these shoes have done great. My daughter is petite so her feet are not very wide. She said they were very comfortable and she is picky about the comfort of her shoes. The color pink is very vibrant and adorable. I couldn't beat the price of only $12... Wal-Mart sneakers are more expensive than what I paid for these. I will admit that the price of shoes on amazon do fluctuate everyday or so. I kept checking the price until it was lowered to an amount I was happy with. I will leave an update in a few months.My son loved these and oddly enough, we just tossed them out the other day after over a year of wear and tear. The fabric over the toes finally ripped, but that is to be expected with these types of shoes. They need to have this fabric in order to vent the feet and keep them light, but it's always the first to go.My 8 year old is really hard on his sneakers. After a month of wearing these, I can't say they look new but they are not falling apart at all and still look good. He says they are comfortable, and I think they feel and look well-made, particularly the soles which I've found can be poorly constructed on some of his other shoes. I've bought other good brands that haven't held up a month with my son. So far, very pleased with this purchase and will likely buy again.This is the second pair of Saucony shoes that I have purchased for my 7yo son. He is very active and hard on shoes. These held up as good as any shoes we've tried. No problems at all (ie: the heal stays supportive/doesn't cave in and the sole that wraps up on the toe doesn't peel away). I purchased this second pair and found that they run a bit small. In the process of exchanging them for a bigger size. My son LOVES the neon yellow color!Perfette comode
