I am torn on this review (a bit like the shoe!) because Amazon offered their usual exceptional customer service and replaced the shoes when I contacted them with another pair, immediately - so I cannot complain about the service. However I must comment that the shoes are not as robust as the saltwater sandals that we have bought in the past and would have purchased again, but I really like the style of these - and they do look lovely on. Our daughter has worn the replacement pair a few times now and they have not broken so I am saying they are good - if they stay together - I just don't want people considering purchasing these not to know that they might get a faulty pair like we did on the first occasion.Kudos to Amazon though for replacing the shoes straight up!
