Description
Legendary actor Charlie Chaplin stars as The Little Tramp who stumbles upon an abandoned baby in the alley and takes him into his care, in this landmark silent film. As "the kid" (Jackie Coogan) grows older, they become partners in crime, until one day when the child falls ill and hospital workers endeavor to take the boy away. One of the most famous silent films of all time -- and the first that Chaplin wrote and directed himself -- it is also regarded as the first-ever comedy-drama.

It probably is the best way to watch the film, the cut is the re-release by Charlie Chaplin and itleft out a couple of scenes, but I'd say is for the best (I maybe only would have kept the scene at the bridge), but you can still watch the deleted scenes separately. It contains amazing interviews and essays.
