Hi, this is Amber and Gavin, Personally we loved this book. I homeschool my son and he has always had a hard time reading and pronouncing words. This book ? has helped him so much. We read out loud and I noticed half way through the book his reading and his pronunciation was improving. This was great challenge for him and such an exciting story. We've learned so many new things.. We both believe its wonderful for all ages.. The characters were amazing and our favorite is Chaz! I do love his family and his parents. You can learn alot from each character..lol who you wanna be like and not. The way he shared all the stories about how it is in Thailand was pretty cool! We learned so much about their culture just in the "Rescue" we definitely can't wait to start the second book "Journey" now and see where the story goes. I really loved how being missionaries you have to rely on faith and trust in God alot. I think it easy to lose focus of that at times. This book opens your eyes to what its like to trust and seek God through all things no matter what! I'd say the Rescue isadventurous, amusing, awe-inspiring, captivating, entertaining, mystical and definitely supernatural!! So many more things I can say lol but you really gotta give it a try. This family is definitely talented and has a gift in writing and keeping youcaptivated! I also recommend Walking Miracle by his dad Art Sanborn. Meeting the father Art led me to the son Sean. Thank you for all your hard work. Now on to Journey.. so excited!!
