Quality of the coat is very nice. Worth the expensive price. However, there was a stain that cannot be removed from right in front. It was the last one available in this size. If I could return and replace with a new one I would. I tried to ask amazon for some type of discount but got stuck in an endless maze of non-human AI return specialists and I could never talk to a real person. SO, the coat's great. Amazon customer service failed. Which is unusual but maybe a sign of how big they've become
