Amazing quality item. This Gi is the same as the adult Estilo just smaller. It's quite stiff to start with but once washed several times it starts to loosen up. Don't wash the belt though - that will loosen after a couple of wears. The Gi arrived in time and the company did everything right.Tatami is a fantastic brand and for my son it will be the only brand we use. The navy and gold looks really good together and is a perfect unisex colour scheme which is useful.Size M1 fits my average size 8.5 year old son with plenty of room to grow. We turned the ankle hem up once. The trouser integral belt system means any sized waist will fit. Worn with a rash guard top and shorts/pants underneath this is the perfect bjj set up. My son wears the Tatami Nova rash guard and spats in size medium under this Estilo, which are also navy and compliment this Gi well.If you are just starting out in bjj then you won't go wrong with Tatami or buying this. The Gi is fantastic quality and your child will grow out of it before they wear it out. I estimate my son will use this for around 2 years before its to small for him.Tatami is one of best GI's .
