We got them for a potential snow day and she wears them in rain as well. I got them bigger to wear with thick socks so maybe a TINY bit small. Good quality.The boot is too narrow to get on my son’s wide feet. Had to return.The size chart is correct, so follow that and measure your child’s foot. I bought these for this winter for my 2 year old but he loved them so much, he wears them everyday! They look nice, are clean and came wrapped nicely with a note and a cute pair of socks. I would definitely purchase again!Good for the price but out of our family of 6, my son (whom wore these) was the only one complaining of cold toes after a few hours outside in the snow in colorado.
