These shoes are AWESOME! I was looking for Chuck Taylor's for my daughter for her school uniforms. All of her other uniform shoes are ruined within 3 weeks. The toe area gets completed scuffed off, regardless of the price of the shoes. Nothing holds up on the playground (she is 9). I ordered these because the reviews were great among various websites and they seem a little bit better constructed verse the Converse. The large rubber area protecting the front toe of the shoe is awesome. They are a very well constructed, durable shoe that is neutral for boys and girls. You cannot go wrong with these shoes! I am a huge price shopper, and Amazon had these for the best price.Ever since seeing the movie "The Sandlot", our son has been dying for a pair of PF Flyers cause he really thinks they will make him run faster! So he has worked really hard with school and his behavior and we saw these available and couldn't pass up the chance to make his dream come true! My almost 9 year old is on cloud 9 and loves them! They are well made and sturdy! Just what a growing boy needs! My son love these shoes. My kid is 7 years old and picky about how his feet feel in his shoes. These are style worthy for me and comfortable for him. If it was up to him he would wear crocs for all occassions...lolPurchased for my nephew as a Christmas gift. He really wanted a pair (he loves the movie The Sandlot). We were all searching the web and finding it in a child size was hard. Then I found it here!! I had the best gift and was the best auntie!!These are fantastic sneakers for very active kids. However, they do run extremely small. My grandson is a 13.5 and I had to exchange them for a 1.5. Nevertheless, they fit well and he is extremely happy as he walks on his toes!! They have a substantial toe guard for kids who abuse the toe area. I am very pleased!!These shoes were adorable. I bought them for my granddaughter. They matched her "Red, White & Blue" school uniform perfectly. They do run a little small through.Love these. I raced around in them when I was five years old (way back in 1964), and they still feel great. A bonus: I always have difficulty finding shoes in my size, and these fit great, right out of the box. Select a size 3.5 in "big kid," and it's a perfect ladies' size 5.My son loved them...
