My daughter adores these shows. She said they're the most beautiful shoes she's ever had (and between us and the grandparents she gets more than I ever quite believe!).It took seven orders of the size 10 to get the size 10—we kept being sent the size 11. Reported this; clearly it's their warehousing issue, but just about ruined a birthday present. Luckily with free returns, after four orders that sent size 11 instead of 10, I was able to order 5 at once to see if I could break the system (since there were only 4 listed as left in size 11)—it worked. Size 10 arrived! Well worth the hassle in the end.
