My three year old LOVES these shoes! We had them in a smaller size, and when he outgrew them, I bought him a pair of red Pumas. He H.A.T.E.D. them. Like, burst into tears and threw himself on the floor in a fit hated them. Thankfully, Amazon came to the rescue and had these same exact shoes, in his size, at an amazing price! I paid less than $19 for these bad boys! I can only speculate on the length of comfort and arch support, but my son would probably wear them all day with no complaint :) I will say that his previous pair did get a little worn on the toe area, but I think it's from dragging his feet or playing on his knees outside at school. He only had them for a few months before he outgrew them, so it's possible they would have torn a hole if he had worn them longer. However, I got these shoes for cheaper than you can get a pair of shoes at Target, so I'm not complaining!Perfect slip on/velcro sneaker for our very very active 2 yr old who runs everywhere he goes. I've put him in two or three other brands but now I'm sticking with Saucony. No bulky excess toe rubber to trip over. Very flexible foot bed. Good tread for traction. Extremely breathable mesh at the toe. Rubber outer toe tip does not peel away from the shoe. Suggestion to Moms and Dads: Buy a second pair in the next larger size (we did) because you won't have any complaints about fit/comfort and you won't want to jump brands. Zero complaints? That's just about priceless when it comes to finding shoes for fickle toddlers! Don't be put off by the bright color. It's not garish in person, and is really sporty.These have been good shoes for the budget minded. They aren't the best shoes and they aren't the worst, but they provided a good value and our son did not destroy them in the first couple weeks he's had them. They are wearing nicely and easy enough for a 4 year old to get on and off themselves.Toe is wearing more than elsewhere, so if your kid kids things a lot or drags their feet, these maynot be for you.I have been buying my Son Saucony shoes from the time he started walking. All of the previous shoes have been great in construction, looks, and over all wear and tear. These shoes not so much. My Son has worn them for about two weeks and the elastic holding the shoe together as laces broke and the stitching is coming off the strap thus causing a separation of Velcro and the material. Beyond that the shoe is pretty good. My Son loves the shoe and the color of it. I am hoping this is just an isolated incident.There aren't many options for XW sneakers for my son so I was glad to find these. I ordered a 10XW for my 2.5 year old. He's typically in a 9.5XW in other brands but I found that Sauconys run a little small so sized up. These fit great out of the box for him. He's been wearing them about a month now and they don't show wear. The neon yellow does show dirt very easily so they look dirty but they aren't falling apart. My son hasn't complained about any foot pain and chooses these over a few other pairs of sneakers - my indicator that they must be comfortable.Is nice shoes..the only issue was that after following directions on getting the size and understanding that this brand make shoes bigger than most other brand. I thought that I would have room to grow for my boys feet. It looks like I would have to order another sooner than later. I ordered it 121/2 wide and the toes are close to touching the tip of shoes. you really have to add another 1/2 size.I bought these for my toddler son at the recommendation of the Internet for the Saucony brand's reputation for quality. I was especially intrigued by the bright, neon color, which I thought would be useful in enhancing his visibility while walking about. The insole is flexible, which works well for the feet of young toddlers. We wound up returning these because the two pairs I ordered - in size 4 and 4.5 - were too small. (In contrast, I had purchased See Kai Runs in 4.5 and they were big enough). Tip - these run a bit small.My son LOVES this pair of shoes. They're easy to slip on and off, and they are very comfortable. He has had this pair for a couple months now and the fake shoelace eyelet closest to the strap broke open -- so the fake shoelaces appear a little bit undone. It's probably to be expected considering he has worn these shoes nearly every single day since its purchase, and since the shoelaces are very similar in color to the shoe itself, it's not noticeable. Also, it hasn't bothered my son at the slightest... because these shoelaces serve no purpose beyond looking as if my son has lace-up shoes. Thumbs up!The tread is noticeably softer than the adult shoes and wears quicker than I expected. The shoes will be an handed down from my 3 year old to his younger brother though - too worn out. The salmons I purchased as the next shoes are lasting much longer. The fits is great, the Velcro is strong, and my toddler loves the colour.
