My son has crazy wide feet, typically with a brand like striderite we'd have to order xw or theres no way they would go on. These fit him perfect. I'm so thankful something works for him and it's not a speciality type shoe! Love these, I would've ordered in every color if they had his size!Is 3 months of wear too much to ask? Both Sandals broke on the hinged side of the velcro strap. The metal loop that they are attached to wore though the material. Both resulted in big falls and scraped knees. We sewed them back on and they are holding but this is really disappointing.I cannot speak highly enough about these shoes. My son wore his first pair for 4.5 years (he is on chemotherapy and his feet don’t grow). They are his only shoes and he wears them all spring/summer/fall and then wears them with socks in winter. Extremely high quality and very durable. The only reason we bought new ones was in the hopes that giving him move room in his shoe might encourage growth. We love this color and style and I’m so glad they still sell it.We have 2 small kids and spend a lot of time outdoors, especially in the summer. We will buy Pediped sandals for them until they size out of them. We especially love this Canyon Flex style. These shoes are a little pricey, but they check all the boxes. Stylish, easy to get on and off, and SO durable. Our kids put them through the ringer-climbing, jumping, puddles and splash pads, and we've still been able to pass along to younger cousins in really good shape. Truly a quality kid shoe!Purchased 7.5-8 for my 3yo son who loved them from the moment he tried them on. They are so comfortable, light weight, waterproof, well made and he receives tons of compliments. But most importantly he is able to put the sneaker on and take them off by himself. For parents autonomy & self sufficiency is a big deal for a growing toddler. The color is also nice and compliments his clothes. There is nothin bad I could say about these. He’s worn them almost everyday and they continue to look brand new.My son loves the sandals it’s perfect for hot summer and play at splash pads. It has a good grip and I’m not worried about my son slipping. My son also has wide food and this fit him perfectly, it doesn’t hurt him at all.I love Pedipeds and they have rarely let me down. I do wish that these had some arch support, but I haven't yet found a pair of sandals with good arch support in them for kids. These are the quality I expect from Pediped, with the great flexibility. Usually, their shoes are great at accommodating the wide and tall feet my older 2 have, so I was pleasantly surprised to find these a little narrow, especially in the heel. My littlest one has really narrow feet and these are great in that his feet aren't swimming in them. The strap at the ankle isn't as long as most of them, so it fastens well and doesn't dangle. They still aren't snug, and the upper is very flexible, so they seem like they will easily fit at least normal-width feet, if not also those that are a bit wide.These are really great shoes and I am sure when she can fit them they will be great. They run really, really large. So large in fact, that she will not be able to wear them for some time. She normally wears a 12-12.5 and we ordered these in a 1 because a 13 is imminent in the very near month, and she will not be able to wear these until the end of summer I fear. Be sure to use their measuring tool as we did not and now have to wait to wear them.These sandals are just amazing! Not only do they look fantastic but they are practical. This looks clunky by comparison and my kids weren't comfortable in them. Had to send back, unfortunately. My son enjoyed unwrapping them and was delighted to find the little sweet the seller had popped in.Fit comes up large but this is recognised by pediped. Shoes are soft, flexible but supportive. Ideal for my son who has hypermobilty.
