My son has wide feet, but most seem to allow his foot to move. This particular new balance "hugs" his fit and provide nice support. I would buy this shoe again (and have).Excelent shoe, great support, very light. Perfect for my 4 and a half year old active girl. NB has been of an amazing quality so far and my daughter has been wearing this brand since she was one and a half years old.after 3 months the mesh has separated from the toe part of the shoe and there is a hole .not what i expected from new balance.I bought these shoes for my daughter who has wide feet. It is so difficult to find true wide shoes for little girls that are cute. New Balances always work out well for us and hold up well.I purchased these for my daughter (age 9) at Christmas time. She is very active and hard on her shoes. These are easy for her to put n and they still look great after almost daily wear.Bought these for our five year old for his birthday... now just under six weeks later the mesh upper is separating at the toe and we are out of the 30 day return policy. The shoes are comfortable, but I'm very unimpressed that with only moderate use, these are already falling apart. Not good.Cute shoe but the velcro NEVER held.
