She just turned 4 and she is size 4/5 in girls sometimes 6 if runs small. She is tall, I believe I ordered size 6. It fits good now.I love this outfit but one leg is shorter than the other. I'm not sure if I'll return it or try to fix it in my own.Loved it but too was alittle snug
