Bought this for my daughter to wear for just a few hours at a wedding since it would be cold, so it worked and looked nice enough. It is not, however, good quality by any stretch. It is the thinnest “fleece” I’ve ever felt, and the liner doesn’t even extend into the arms. If you don’t need something really nice, it’s cute. We removed the flower (thankfully easy) as it’s cheap and stiff.It was beautifulPerfect. Runs a bit big but that is good because it gives that cape look & room to grow in. This is the perfect spring or fall coat. I used it as a flower girls winter wedding coat for pictures! Everyone commented on how cute and sophisticated she looked. It was perfect for going from the limo to the ceremony & wedding venue! It does not look cheap like others have commented on. It is a very soft fleece and the cream color is gorgeous. I am so please with with this little coat. The price is fantastic and the shipping was over night just as promised. I also purchased the fleece long sleeve bolero too. It made the flower girls dress more flattering and gave that wintery effect more romantic. Comfortable and elegant sums both the coat and the bolero. Priced right on both items. Shipping was as promised on both items that I ordered on two separate occasions. This is going to be used for special occasions. Could not have been more pleased! I added the bolero picture and will add the coat picture when I get it from photographer.This coat is a very good value for the price and my daughter loves it. It is really a very cute coat for a little girl, and makes her feel very pretty and special when she wears it. This upside, for me, rates very highly.On the downside, if you are looking for a classic coat that your child can pass on to hers, this is not the coat for you. The material is not high quality material and there holes cut in the lining where the the sleeves are, rather than the lining extending into the sleeves, so she has to navigate her arms through the holes to get them in, which isn't always easy for a 5-year-old. Nevertheless, the design is pretty and very girlie.The decision is basically between getting a far more expensive high quality material coat, or a very pretty cover-up that probably any little girl would feel pretty in for a very reasonable price.For Colorado weather it won’t keep my daughter warm but I will be layering with other clothes do I don’t need a heavy coat so this will doVery good value for the price! I purchased the pink with the white collar and cuffs for my granddaughter to wear over her Halloween costume ("Coronation Anna" - the costume is a little thin for Vermont this time of year). My granddaughter is a very girly girl so she will just love it. The coat is very well constructed - it is lined with white satiny lining. The fabric in the body is "bathrobe-like" fleece but for the price I could not do better, not to mention trying to sew it in time for Halloween! It's similar in style to a swing coat for those of us who remember the early sixties! if the red with the black collar and cuffs was available in my size, I would buy one for myself!We used these for the flower girls in our wedding and they were adorable! I did think that the “fleece” looked a bit cheap and I did cut the pearls at the top. Overall, would recommend.The lining is open at the sleeve, but it doesn't really affect the overall jacket. It is very cute on.
