I know it seems funny that I listed the shoes as "too small" but still four stars. I wanted other people to know other reviews on here are definitely right--the size runs SMALL. I wound up ordering multiple pairs and the size 11 is what we kept for my daughter (she generally wears a 10). The strap definitely runs a little long like I think other reviews say, too. I sort of angle it a bit when we tighten them and that seems to be okay. The shoe are adorable--but, the loss of a star is because one of the bows is coming off on ours after only wearing them twice. In all fairness, it's possible that it's not the shoe's fault as much as my daughter's--I am not 100% sure since they could have gotten pulled while she sat on them, etc. Amazon gave me a partial refund which was nice and fingers crossed that hot glue works to keep it on since I want her to at least get one more use of them on Christmas day. I'd buy these again but making sure to only order sized up to compensate for the small sizing and I'd be more aware of the bow. One more thing: these are soft enough pleather and on the inside that they have not given her rub marks or blisters which is nice, too.
