My grandson uses these for bball and they have helped him so much - not slippery and have become part of his foot so he isn't even distracted. He is very picky about shoes since since he has flat feet and has liked these so much that we keep buying again. Good cost also for boys with growing feet. We are now ordering his third pair. They last through the bball season through spring and then they do start to show the wear and tear from an active 10 year old boy that wears them everyday so I think they hold up as well as can be expected plus he outgrows them anyway after 6 months. My son likes these shoes, though he says they are a bit narrow (this is because his feet are slightly wide, not because the shoe runs narrow). I will admist that they look pretty clunky though. Added stripes or details might have helped the style.I bought a pair of and1 shoes years ago, I loved them. I bought these to replace them as the soul has cracked on the old ones. Had to buy on line because none of the local stores carried my size.My son wears out sneakers so fast he always replaces them before his feet grow. This shoe held up very well to all the abuse he put it through. Would recommend, great value for the price. My kid loves these shoes, but we are on a second pair after the first wore out within months. Our second pair deteriorated even faster. A nine-year-old boy is going to be hard on shoes, but I expect them to last at least half a school year without falling apart. They both degraded the same way - the sole detaches from the foot bed near the toe. I probably won't buy a third pair. Not recommended.I purchased these shoes for my 9 year old daughter to use for basketball. She is always twisting her ankles. The high top style provides good support for her ankles. She had no further injuries after getting these shoes. Since basketball is now over, she wears them often and they do seem to be pretty durable and clean up well. And one's are good quality sneakers but they run small so I recommend ordering a size up. My son is a size three in Adidas and Nike, in and one's he is a size 3.5 to 4I bought these for my son for basketball. He loved the shoes and they have lasted for a few months. normally shoes only last 4 months were these shoes lasted for at least 6 months, till he grew out of them. Great show and made out of great and sturdy material. Will buy these again next basketball season.Very good. Ma sempre And 1??
