Good shoe - very light weight. They're fashionable and reasonably well constructed (I see no obvious flaws in construction) but I don't anticipate they'll last longer than a season. However, that's exactly why I got them - at the rate my kid's feet are growing, I want a decent shoe at a good price.One note - I bought these to be casual "go anywhere" shoes for my daughter and for that purpose they fit the bill to a T. However, If you're looking for athletic footwear (e.g., running shoes) than look elsewhere. The soles of these shoes is insufficient and the construction is not substantial enough to survive the abuse of running consistently. That's not what they're for.Sketchers brand has always ran small on my kid. She wears a size 11.5 so I ordered a size 12.5 which is perfect because they're a tiny bit larger so she'll have room to grow in these. I purchased them for school. She hasn't had any complaints on them. We actually went to a sand park recently, so we'll see how these wash up. But I really like these shoes.My daughter has to wear sneakers to school. She wanted "cool" sneakers, but isn't able to tie shoes by herself, and her school doesn't allow shoes with lights and other fancy features. These are sparkly without being too out there, are easy for a 6 year old to get on and off by herself, have good support and she says they are the most comfortable sneakers she has ever worn. Not only that, I got the Cool Mom award for giving her such "awesome" sneakers!Child loves these. She says they are comfy and "fast". And she is actually excited about the somewhat glittery (but not over the top) outer cloth. I love the velcro strip which means easy on, easy off! My kid plays hard everywhere she goes, so I expect to replace these with in 6 months. Pretty good deal at $36 when Target shoes cost about $20 and wear out within 2-3 months (I'm telling you, she plays hard on the field and off, boys or girls).Holds up well for my second grader and she loves that she doesn't have to tie the shoe laces. Has relieved a lot of stress in the morning getting ready for school. This is the second pair of these shoes we have purchased because she liked them so much and grew out of the first pair.Adorable shoes and pretty color. Laces are sparkly and my daughter loves them. They are well made and have held up very nicely. She has narrow feet and they fit her well. Don't if they would be comfortable for a child with wider feet. Very happy with my first Skechers purchase.Although they don't provide the cushioning and arch support I would like her to have, the foot bed is the perfect width for her foot and I can order this style with confidence in the fit. The colors are attractive and always make her happy too.My daughter loves these shoe and the blue color. They are really cute. She has been wearing them everyday for a month now and says they are super comfortable with her arch support in it.
