Update: Customer service reached out to me and I'm very happy with the outcome. Just because of the great service I will most definitely try this brand again with sizing in mind.I got my daughter these for summer and I sized up 1 size because I didn't want her to outgrow these too fast and they turned out to be very narrow in the front. They squeeze my daughters feet, if she hadn't worn them out I would have returned them they mark up her feet pretty noticeably in the front and she complains they are uncomfortable so it was a waste of money for us.
