These are well made shoes, and so far their durability has been exceptional. Our daughter is a shoe destructor but these are holding up well. She is six and like many parents of kids that age we've tried the big box stores' kids shoes, which are okay but do not last very long. That's fine when their sizes are changing continually but we're at a point that we wanted a step up in quality. We have no complaints about the shoe, and the colors are vibrant, which kids like. I'll return for larger sizes as she grows. We were first introduced to this shoe as a hand-me-down from a friend. We liked the shoe so much, that when my daughter out grew the hand-me-down we decided to buy another pair new. This shoe has been great! It is of excellent quality, comes in a large range of sizes, my daughter wears a wide shoe. The meshing helps to keep her foot cool and the color and styling were just right. I would highly recommend this shoe.I was very disappointed to find that the rubber in the front is pulling away from the shoe. My son only wore these to school for a month, and school just started back and he hasn't even worn them yet due to this. It seems that they weren't made well.this is the 3rd pair of Saucony tennis shoes for my daughter (she keeps outgrowing them, not wearing them out). She has a more narrow foot and these tennis shoes consistantly fit quite well. They hold up great with all sorts of outdoor play/sports. Fun colors to choose from. comfortable as reported by a 6 year old!Love these shoes. My son is a runner, has been since the age of 7 (he just loves to run, ran a kids marathon this year and signed up already for next). I have been buying this brand/style for two years now and these have been perfecct for him and his wide feet.Affordable, sturdy, versatile, comfortable... What more could you want in a kids sneaker? Maybe if they came with a self wiping option :)We love this brand of shoes and the Saucony brand seems to be very durable for my 4 year old. He plays so hard and can wear out a pair of shoes! But these are holding up. I would recommend buying the grey color and nothing white, as boys tend to get things filthy. We're very happy with the Saucony Cohensions for our 9 year old son. They've held up well to the extreme abuse he doles out to all his shoes. They fit well, and are a good value. Now, if they'd only just figure out how to make a pair that tie themselves . . .
