While the shoe size is a bit bigger than purchased by 1/2 size, this is great for my son's Boy Scout hikes and camping outings. Would encourage buyers to closely look at their child's foot size in comparison to the sizing as in my son's case, the size appears about 1/2 size bigger. Nevertheless, highly recommend this sneaker.
