So glad I got this book. I had a bunch of books in my cart but needed to narrow down how many I would get, around 4-5, and this one is the most relatable for my 11 year-old...and even relatable for me. It covers a good amount without it being overwhelming. The content written at that age is impressive. The examples and encouragement are very helpful. Does a great job at explaining how everyone reacts to pain differently and how it's important to find a healthy way to channel and express feelings. Very helpful since my daughter has had a hard time understanding and expressing her feelings after losing her aunt that she was close with. It actually helped her start talking in-between pages ❤️Good pictures and easy read. Highly recommend!
