This is an absolutely beautiful dress for Christmas. The fit was great with just enough room that she will be able to wear it again next year. I gave it a four instead of five because of the unlined sequins o the bodice. As soon as she put it on, she said it itches. She'll have to wear a pretty shirt under it. I would suggest to the manufacturer to line the top. It is a beautiful dress and she will be wearing it on Christmas.My 2 year old daughter wore this in a wedding and it was beautiful! It fit perfectly and looked expensive. The only thing that happened is the seam along the bottom came apart in a couple of places...but that could be due to the fact that a 2 year old was running around in it. Overall, very nice, and absolutely gorgeous dress!We expected this to be longer. It barely came below her knees. It just wasn't what we expected. We sent back.My first thought when I was the dress was "this is tiny!" But it did fit her, there just wasn't much to this dress.I never write reviews but since I always read them and know how helpful they are I thought I would add my two cents. This dress is much prettier in the photo then in person. My 10 year old is petite and wears a size 10 fitting her a little large. I ordered the size 10 and it is really high waisted. The waist sits on her rib cage making her look like a toddler. She is not low waisted. I hope this helps.We bought 2 of these for a 5 & 9 year old. They are cute, but they do look better on the 5 year old. They seem more appropriate to the toddler/preschool body type.The dress came extremely fast I am happy with that how ever the quality wasn't what I expected the tope was very beautiful and we'll made how ever the skirt didn't match the same qualitySize was good around but felt it was short. Ordered size up to fit in length. Cute dress. Recommend slip as beading is itching on top.Not the best made dress, but worked great for needing to wear it once for a wedding! Fit well, came in poor packaging but the dress was in good condition!
