Brought these shoes for my 6 year old grandson. Very happy with the quality of these shoes. Worth the money!!We purchased these shoes for my son who attends private school. They were very inexpensive and well worth the price. The shoe is a really good looking shoe and I've had no complaints. My son wears them for about 7hrs a day and so far so good. I was also very surprised that they offered them in a wide. My son has extremely wide feet and we always have a hard time finding shoes that aren't too tight on the sides for him. This school year we also bought him a pair of black $100 Rockports and he definitely favors these. Overall, very impressed with the look and fit would definitely buy again.I have purchased this brand before and had no problems. My daughter is required to wear this style for school. I liked this brand over the Sperry/Stride rite dirty buck shoes, because it has more arch support and the piece around the ankle is cushioned. Unfortunately, the cushion came open after 2 months and I need to buy a new pair. There is no way to repair it.Update: so this year I purchased a different brand of buck shoes for my kids. They fell apart worse than these. I think dirty buck shoes just don't hold up well. However, the are required by the school. If you must have bucks, these are probably the best for the price, however I wouldn't recommend bucks for kids. The suede just doesn't last like leather.Mom and seven year old approved! This shoe is comfortable for long day wear.Buy at least ½ size up. Wasted money.Nice buck and comfortable. A bit bulkier that others, but still a very nice shoe. These shoes look great and my son, who hates anything other than tennis shoes or flip flops, said they are actually comfortable. He hasn't walked long distances in them or worn them for long periods of time but I think he probably could. They are sharp looking shoes.
